If you’re dialer is showing connected, but the CallBlitz dashboard isn't showing the numbers, your CallBlitz Chrome Extension is likely disconnected or not connecting to the platform properly.
1. Check the Extension Status
Look at your Chrome Extension bar (top right).
- 🔵 Blue Icon: You’re active and syncing.
- ⚪ Grey Icon: The extension is inactive. Refresh CallBlitz page and re-join the blitz to re-activate it
2. Update Chrome (crucial!)
The CallBlitz extension relies on the latest Chrome tech. If you see a "Restart to Update" or "Update" button in the top right of your browser, click it. An outdated browser is the #1 reason dials don't sync.
If you don’t see it, check your browser’s settings as well:
- For Chrome: Paste chrome://settings/help in your URL bar and hit enter.
- For Edge: Paste edge://settings/help in your URL bar and hit enter.
- If it starts updating, let it finish, then hit relaunch / restart.

3. The Reinstall
If the icon is blue but dials still aren't counting:
- Right-click the CallBlitz icon -> Remove from Chrome.
- Reinstall it fresh from the Chrome Web Store here.
- Refresh your CallBlitz tab.
