If your team can't hear you, try this out:
1. Make sure you’re unmuted
Check two places:
- Inside CallBlitz: Ensure the mic icon in the bottom bar isn't “slashed”.
- On your Hardware: Many headsets (Jabra, Poly, etc.) have a physical mute button or a "flip-to-mute" boom arm. Make sure your physical gear isn't the culprit!
2. Check whether you have the right microphone selected
- Click the little down-pointing arrow next to the microphone icon in the bottom bar of CallBlitz
- Select the correct microphone

3. Check Chrome’s Internal Mic Settings
Paste this into your browser (Chrome only): chrome://settings/content/microphone
- Ensure the correct microphone is selected in the dropdown.
- Make sure https://app.callblitz.com is under the "Allowed to use your microphone" section.
- If you made any changes, make sure to refresh CallBlitz

4. Reset Site Permissions
Sometimes permissions get "stuck."
- Click the little icon next to the URL.
- Click Reset permission.
- Refresh the page & re-join the blitz.
- When the pop-up appears in the top-left, click “Allow while visiting the site”.
