Many times, issues can be solved more easily than you’d think. Here are 3 easy solutions to try when you’re experiencing issues:
- The Hard Refresh: Press Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + F5 (Windows). This forces the page to reload without using old, cached data.
- The Chrome Restart: Completely quit Chrome (don't just close the tab) and reopen it. This clears out "memory leaks" that cause lag.
- Check if your browser is up-to-date: An outdated browser often causes issues with Chrome extensions:
- For Chrome: Paste chrome://settings/help in your URL bar and hit enter.
- For Edge: Paste edge://settings/help in your URL bar and hit enter.
- If it starts updating, let it finish, then hit relaunch / restart.
