  1. When a user is dialing, a blue “dialing” frame appears around them and they are isolated from the rest of the team’s audio.
  1. While connecting, a white “connecting” frame appears for a few seconds while CallBlitz determines if the connection is a true human connect, or a voicemail connect.
  1. When a teammate is connected, you will see a green “connected” frame around them, click the green "listen" button to hear the conversation. If it detects a voicemail, there will be a gray “voicemail” frame around the caller.

During The Call

While the call is happening, provide live feedback and coaching via chat or the “whisper” function, where you will be able to whisper into your rep’s ear without the prospect hearing. You can also talk to other listeners during the call without disrupting the connected rep. Lastly, you can drop some GIFs to bring the stoke and hype your teammates up!

After The Call

When the call is over, you, the caller, and anyone else who listened to the call are placed in a debrief room where you can provide fresh feedback on the call without disrupting the rest of the team in the blitz.
